This placemaking project realigns a portion of Bell Boulevard east, creates a pedestrian-friendly street network with a mixed-use, walkable development with ample shopping, dining, office space and residential components and develops the Buttercup Creek Natural Area into a park.

Where is Bell Boulevard?
The Bell Boulevard District will extend from Park St. to Buttercup Creek Rd., and from the Buttercup Creek Natural Area to the realigned Bell Boulevard.
The total area will be 52 acres, comprised of 12 acres of parkland and 40 acres of mixed-use development, such as retail, residential and office uses.
