Just as residents have been involved and engaged in the Bell Boulevard District Redevelopment Project, so have area businesses, tenants and property owners.  If you are a current Bell Boulevard business owner, tenant or property owner we want to keep you informed

Where we are now

The City has purchased several tracts of land located in what will become the Bell Boulevard District. Tenants and businesses whose locations will eventually be affected by road realignment construction can continue leasing their properties until road construction begins in 2019 (Timeline).  This will allow for time to plan and make arrangements for the future.

In addition, the City of Cedar Park will removing currently uninhabited City-owned properties located within the Bell Boulevard District Redevelopment Project Area.
